Maritim-aromatische Schmankerl

Don Gastronom ist ein spanisches Familienunternehmen, das sich auf spanische Köstlichkeiten spezialisiert hat. Man besitzt und bewirtschaftet Jahrzehnte alte Olivenhaine in Sierra de Cazorla, Jaén, wo auf reichem Boden beste Oliven gedeihen, deren Öl mit einer Mischung aus Tradition und modernen Techniken in der eigenen Ölmühle gewonnen wird. Meeresfrüchte und Fisch aus Ria de Arousa gehören seit 1966 zum Portfolio. Die kleine Fisch-Fabrik am Meer hat ihr eigenes Dock, so kann der Fisch jeden Tag fangfrisch verarbeitet werden.

Für ihre „Makrelenfilets in Olivenöl“ werden fangfrische Makrelen schonend gegart und von Hand in bestes Olivenöl eingelegt. Fein maritim aromatisch schmecken diese wunderbar zarten Makrelenfilets hervorragend pur zu einem frischen Weißbrot oder als Schmankerl in einem grünen Salat.
